Tulip Stool by Eero Saarinen for Knoll
Designed and refined based on his training a sculptor, Saarinen created the tulip stool and pedestal collection in collaboration with Knoll. Over a period of five years at the height of midcentury modern design, he built a series of miniature models and full-size prototypes, iterating the design to create furniture that would look beautiful in a room.
