Do you have samples?

Yes, contact us with your request and we'd be happy to work with you on fabric or finish samples.

Where are you located?

We are located between Raleigh and Durham in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. We are 15 miles from RDU International Airport.  

Our address is: 906 Arrowhead Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27514.

What are your hours?

Our showroom is open Monday - Saturday from 11am to 6pm EST, and Sundays by appointment.

We work to reply within 24 hours to any inquiries submitted by email, voicemail, or text.

Do you charge sales tax?

All out-of-state orders are sales tax free.  North Carolina sales tax applies for in-state purchases.

Do you offer Trade Pricing?

Yes, we invite interior designers, architects, builders and other trade professionals to email us with any inquiries at, call us at 919-960-1781, or register directly for our Trade Professionals Program.

We would love the opportunity to work with you on your next residential, hospitality, or contract project.

Yes, we value your privacy and security like our own. All orders are transmitted securely using 256-bit SSL encryption technology. Personal information is stored in encrypted format at all times.

How can I find out my order status?

How can I change or cancel my order?

You may change or cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order by calling us at 919-960-1781 or emailing us at We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

We work to process orders as efficiently as possible following that 24 hour window and cannot change or cancel the order once it's already in process. For information on returns, please see Shipping & Returns.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship in-stock items within 2 business days.

Many of our suppliers offer Quick Ship selections that we can ship to you directly within 2-4 weeks.

For other non-stocked and made-to-order items, lead times vary and can range from 4 to 16 weeks.  Quick ship is great, but the beauty of custom items, made-to-order especially for you, is also worth the wait.

We will provide you with an estimated delivery time frame at the time of your order.

From where will my order ship?

In-stock items will ship directly from our showroom or warehouse in North Carolina.  Other items are shipped directly from our manufacturer's factories or warehouses in the United States, Europe, and around the world.

Do you sell copies of original designs?

No.  We only sell authorized and licensed designs made by the original manufacturers.  We support intellectual property protection for the designers, architects, artists, and makers of our products. 

We believe that an investment in quality design and craftsmanship pays dividends in comfort, enjoyment, and durability over time.

Do you offer price matching?

We strive to offer unique items of the highest design quality to enhance your home. You can shop with confidence that we will do our best to match as-delivered prices for original items of the same brand, model, make, fabric and finish. In the event that we are unable to match, we'll let you know that too.
