We are currently available in person BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday - Saturday.

We work to reply to any inquiries submitted by email, voicemail, or text within 1-2 business days.

How can I find out my order status?

How can I change or cancel my order?

You may change or cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at studio@paletteandparlor.com, or calling 919-960-1781. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

We work to process orders as efficiently as possible following that 24 hour window and cannot change or cancel the order once it's already in process. For information on returns, please see Shipping & Returns.

How long will it take to receive my order?

While we cannot guarantee shipping timelines, we do our best to provide accurate lead time estimates when we process your order. 

Initial estimates provided by our manufacturing partners sometimes become inaccurate. Whenever possible we provide updates as delays occur, and make every effort to stay in touch with our partners on the specifics of your order.

Some of our manufacturing partners offer in-stock Quick Ship selections. Feel free to check with us on stock availability.

For non-stocked and made-to-order items, lead times vary widely. 

Quick ship is great, but the beauty of custom items, made-to-order especially for you, can be well worth the wait.

From where will my order ship?

Most items are shipped directly from our manufacturers' factories or warehouses in the United States, Europe, and around the world.

Do you work with the Trade?

Yes, we invite interior designers, architects, builders, and lighting professionals to email us with any specific inquiries at studio@paletteandparlor.com, or register directly for our Trade Professionals Program.

We would love the opportunity to work with you on your next residential, hospitality, or contract project.

Do you sell knock-offs or copies of original designs?

No.  We only sell authorized and licensed designs made by the original manufacturers.  We support intellectual property protection for the designers, architects, artists, and makers of our products.
