Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free in-store pickup for items in stock, and the best rates we can find on shipping charges nationally. Standard shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Standard Delivery includes delivery inside your door, but does not include unpackaging or removal of packing materials.  If you live in an apartment building, standard delivery includes delivery to the entrance of your building. 

    We recommend White Glove Delivery for larger furniture and made-to-order items. White Glove Delivery includes inside delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking, assembly and removal of packaging materials. 

    Delivery Options

    Your order will be shipped using the most efficient method based on your location and purchase amount.  We partner with FedEx, UPS, DHL and the US Postal Service for smaller items, and we offer Standard Delivery and White Glove Delivery service through our specialty furniture delivery partners. 

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    We ship in-stock items within two business days.

    Many of our suppliers also offer Quick Ship furniture selections that we can ship to you directly within 2-4 weeks. 

    For all non-stocked and made-to-order items, lead times vary depending on the item. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time frame at the time of your order.

    From where will my order ship?

    Most items are shipped directly from our manufacturer's factories or warehouses in the United States, Europe, and around the world.

    In-stock items will ship directly from our showroom and warehouse in North Carolina.

    Return Policy

    You may return standard in-stock merchandise for store credit or refund with your original receipt when returned in original condition with original packaging within 14 days of store purchase or delivery.  For online orders, please contact us at or 919-960-1781 to request a Return Authorization Number prior to sending your return. 

    All non-stocked and made-to-order items are NOT RETURNABLE unless damaged or defective at time of delivery. Non-stocked items include all items shipped directly from our manufacturers. 

    Please inspect all items carefully at time of delivery.  Note any damage observed on the delivery slip before signing for delivery, and reject delivery of items where the packaging is severely damaged or not intact. Contact us if you have any questions during the delivery, and we will help you handle any issues as efficiently as possible.

    All claims for defective or damaged merchandise must be filed within 2 days of delivery.
