Grand Prix Chair with Wood Legs | Arne Jacobsen
In 1957, Fritz Hansen introduced the Grand Prix at the Designer's Spring Exhibition at the Danish Museum of Art & Design in Copenhagen. Later that year, it was displayed at Triennale in Milan where it received the Grand Prize--the finest distinction of the exhibit. In 2013, Fritz Hansen introduced a matching wood leg option, a beautiful streamlined look.
